چکیده
This article presents the X-Hall sensor, a viable sensing architecture for implementing silicon-integrated, broadband, current/magnetic sensor. The sensor overcomes bandwidth limit of state-of-the-art Hall sensors by replacing spinning-current technique with dc-biased-based passive offset compensation. In this way, removes methodological due to and allows exploiting probe up its practical limit, which is set parasitic capacitive effects. Moreover, pushing at higher frequencies both removal switches inherent in approach specially designed analog front end. To end, differential-difference current-feedback amplifier (DDCFA) proposed as an end A prototype implemented bipolar-CMOS- DMOS (BCD) 0.16-?m silicon technology experimentally assess performance architecture. compensation into frequency-independent preserves adequate reduction performance, though less efficient than operated low frequency. Experimental dynamic tests on identify presence additive perturbation package that prevents from fully limit. متن کاملCoreless Hall Effect Based Current Sensing Technique with Magnetic Shielding
In this modern era, most of the equipment is electrostatic type. But still, in measuring current, we use conservative type. So, we developed a Modified coreless Hall Effect based current sensing method with magnetic shielding. The coreless Hall Effect based measurement method uses hall sensors without iron core. Hall sensors are firmly fixed on the insulated current carrying conductor. The magn...
متن کاملA Hall sensor array for internal current profile constraint.
Measurements of the internal distribution of B in magnetically confined plasmas are required to obtain current profiles via equilibrium reconstruction with sufficient accuracy to challenge stability theory. A 16-channel linear array of InSb Hall effect sensors with 7.5 mm spatial resolution has been constructed to directly measure internal B(z)(R,t) for determination of J(ψ,t) associated with e...
متن کاملThe current broadband infrastructure
promises to bring huge volumes of information to us faster than ever before. Even now, reports, data, music, and movies flood our electronic and paper worlds. Once only executives and researchers were required to handle large amounts of information. Today, home users are swamped with information from their broadband connections. It seems most of us live in a kind of semi-organized information s...
متن کاملBeamstop with integrated X-ray sensor.
A versatile beamstop with an integrated sensor has been developed at the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (SSRL) using non-specialized components. A diameter of 1.5 mm was achieved using a commercial subminiature surface mount PIN diode (Phillips BAP64) molded into a tungsten epoxy composite cup. The cup is supported on a thin fiberglass arm with printed circuit traces to transmit the ...
